I am a self-taught artist living and working in Paxton, Mass. I've been drawing all my life, and for many years concentrated on pen & ink illustrations including commissioned house portraits. In 2001 I began experimenting with acrylics, inspired by the comical antics and effortless elegance of my two cats, PK and Nellie. From there, I developed a recognizable, whimsical style usually featuring bold color and cheerful subjects from everyday life. Whether it is my cats, my young son or my surroundings here at home in New England, I never fail to find inspiration.

I have been selling paintings, prints, cards and other items in Worcester at many art events including stART on the Street, Holiday Arts at the Station and the Holiday Arts Happening as well as at Charlestown's Art in the Park and the Beacon Hill Art Walk in Boston, where was thrilled to win a third prize ribbon. I have also had several solo shows in Worcester including One Love Cafe and The Bean Counter on Highland Street. I sell my cards, magnets and other art wholesale to various stores in Massachusetts and other states around the country, as well as directly to the public through art events and my Etsy shop.
